fun show…
glad to know AH had a good and successful mini-tour. cool you met up with Tim & Michelle from Five Hundy By Midnight, too.
about the douchbags… they just sound like typical vapid L.A. burned-out bigger-in-their-own-head-than-in-reality dudes stereotyped in so many rock movies.
oh, and, if you don’t mind my criticism (been a while since i busted on ya ๐ ) that new intro is soooooooo cheesy mainstream radio in it’s sound and vibe. the text is cool enough, but the delivery of it such a load of crap… it’s so insincere and fake and behind the times, belongs on mainstream radio and not on progressive online media communication. no offense to the creator intended, just my honest reaction…. nothiing innovative about that intro, sounds like the stuff we’ve been bombarded with on the airwaves of mainstream radio for decades.
oh, and Michael, when ya finally get that long looked for Heineken sponsorship let me know…. still got that promo pic i did in Holland, if ya wanna use it ๐
yo michael… patrice (from bangkok / thailand) here… still listening to every show…
i agree with donna that the new intro is outrageously cheesy – but i absolutely love it! it is so over the top, it is cool! stick with it & see what your other listeners have to say about it…
the new sponsor i am not a fan of… i think their user interface sucks, and they are not that much cheaper than many other great registrars (my fave: dreamhost.com) – plus their founder comes across as a bit of an **”=”รฦรยง*”=(” (if you’ll excuse my french ;-))
Intro sounds like FM radio? It’s still kinda cool? I’ll see you at Thursday show!
Jeff
The douchebags..very funny! Only dudes like that could only sound so ridiculous. omg..
I am truly sorry that I missed the show in Vegas. But, I hope to see the one in L.A.. I did see the Pretenders..good show in Vegas. I wish they had played alittle longer, though. Keep up the entertainment with your show.
Take care,
Cheryl;)
