Bang Camaro on Intense Interviews

Intense InterviewsIn honor of Bang Camaro’s appearance on the latest episode of the Rock and Roll Geek Show I thought I’d feature my friend Intense Interviews‘ 3 part interview with them: Part 1, Part 2, Part 3. He’s also got interviews with members of Waltham and Damone, which MB namedropped on this episode.

I think my favorite thing about this band is that part of their schtick is rather than touring with the whole band they do auditions via YouTube for fans in each city to get up and sing with them. I know of one case where a fan became an actual member of the band after doing this.

JACKSON UNITED – HARMONY AND DISSIDENCE

Former No Use For a Name and current Foo Fighters guitarist Chris Shiflett, is finally releasing the album from his side project called Jackson United with his brother Scott Shiflett(Face To Face), Doug Sangalang(Screw 32 and Limp) and Joe Kid. The album includes guest perfomances from the rest of the Foo Fighter guys and came out yesterday on Acetate Records. I am waiting for a review copy from my friends at MVD and will let you know what I think of it after I hear the whole thing. The single sounds better than the latest Foo Fighters.
