He Michael,
Sorry to hear that you are in the doghouse. I hope everything works itself out.
Granted only your wife truly knows what it’s like to live with you, but from what I have learned about you over the past year and a half leads me to believe you are a good guy, Michael. You’re accepting, kind, gracious and giving. I hope, when you’re wife calms down, she is able to have some clarity and realize she has overreacted. Try not to let it get to you too much and know all of us loyal fans love you tons.
Hi Michael,
Yet another great show. Sorry to hear about your problems on the domestic front. Stick with it, I’m sure it will work itself out, if you want it to that is.
I wonder if you are aware of the music movements that are going on over here now. Once again we seem to be back round to the rock part of the music cycle (like when NWOBHM, NNWOBHM etc etc) and there are some really really good bands coming out of the UK. My two current favourites are Hard-Fi and Bloc Party. Bloc Party I am just catching up on but Hard-Fi have a sound which is hard to pin down but the best I can describe them as is a cross between The Clash and some of the two-tone bands from the late 70’s early eighties mixed with a touch of modern dance beats (although not as much as PitchShifter et al) and the big horn sections of bands like EWF etc etc.
Check them out, they just go to prove that something good can come out of Staines, not just Ali-G (at which point I have probably just confused all non-UK readers).
