agree that ‘Montrose’ is one of the very best ever classic rock albums. as a teen, spent many hours touring around the countryside with my buddies listening to ‘Montrose” cranked up loudly. still pull that great album from the shelf and crank it from time-to-time. ‘Rock Candy’ cranked to 11 on the dial still sounds fuckin’ fantastic to this day… the great ones always do stand the test of time.
hehee, and, what can be better than the classic cowbell of ‘Rock The Nation’? :p
i remember telling Shane a couple of years ago to try and get you an interview with Ronnie Montrose. but, Sammy Hagar might be more accessible than Ronnie… why not go for it? would be a great interview, for sure.
